Service Description
Professional mobile detailing services from GoMode Services throughout NJ, PA, and NY. Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition, location, and selected add-ons. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments and will be applied toward your final total. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, location, and selected add-ons. Excessive pet hair, stains, or heavy buildup may require additional time and charges. Travel fees may apply for certain NJ, PA, and NY locations.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to moving, hauling/junk removal and mobile detailing. BOOKING & QUOTES Appointments are confirmed only after confirmation and any required deposit. Customers must provide accurate service, location, access, item and vehicle details. Additional items, labor, stairs, stops, waiting time or undisclosed conditions may change the quote. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT Deposits are nonrefundable unless GoMode cancels or a refund is legally required. Transfers are considered case by case. Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. CANCELLATIONS At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late requests may result in loss of the deposit, an added fee and a new deposit to rebook. Changes are not approved until GoMode confirms them. Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings. NO-SHOWS & ACCESS An adult must provide safe, legal and timely access to the property, items or vehicle. If GoMode cannot gain access or reach the customer within 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. The deposit will be forfeited, and payment may be required before rebooking. WAITLIST Joining does not reserve or guarantee an appointment. Openings may be offered based on request order, service, location and availability. Customers have two hours to accept and pay any required deposit unless another deadline is given. The opening may then go to the next customer. MOVING & HAULING Disclose all items, stairs, elevators, parking limits, fragile goods and unusually heavy objects. Customers confirm they are authorized to move or discard all items. GoMode may refuse unsafe, illegal, hazardous or flammable materials. Undisclosed items, special handling or rejected loads may add charges. MOBILE DETAILING Remove valuables and personal belongings. Provide safe parking and water or electricity when required. Disclose existing damage, leaks, electrical issues, pet hair, stains, odors and excess trash. Results depend on vehicle age and condition; complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch or discoloration is not guaranteed. WEATHER & SAFETY Weather, traffic, unsafe conditions or equipment issues may cause delays or rescheduling. If GoMode initiates the change, the deposit may be transferred or refunded. Times are estimates. GoMode may refuse work that cannot be performed safely or legally. Booking, paying a deposit or accepting a waitlist opening confirms acceptance. Legal rights remain in effect.
